Job Purpose
People Partner and Recruitment Specialist are the face of HR to our employees and line managers, supporting hiring to retiring – the whole employee life-cycle for line managers in the moments that matter. They provide advice, guidance and support on policy to inform knowledge in our hubs. People Partners are the experts and professionals in their field with deep knowledge of our processes, our policies and the law in the country they support. They work on behalf of our employees and line managers. Recruitment Specialists are responsible for partnering the business with resourcing planning, including forecasting recruitment needs, advising hiring managers on quality recruitment practices, managing recruitment, and ensuring a diverse and inclusive hiring strategy. Additionally, the role is a core escalation point for global hubs, manages external partnerships, and provides key recruitment metrics and insights to senior management.

Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate adoption of self-service and informational channels with employees and accountable for knowledge management at UNA and feeding insights into enhancement of its technology; keeping Una Hub updated.
- Partnering with line managers in resolve complex, local questions using our policies, available expertise, knowledge of laws and systems, social skills as well as your common sense and ensure that practices are compliant and exceptions are consistently applied across the business.
- Provide operational support and guidance on matters relating to performance improvement, disciplinary, grievance, absence management, family leave, flexible working, collective and individual consultation, redundancy processes, etc. Very hands-on support.
- Play a key role in upholding Unilever’s standards of behavior, conduct, performance and the company’s code of business principles, and assisting with the resolution of conflict or disputes.
- Work side-by-side with teams across HR (HRBPs, Payroll, Reward, Global Mobility, Talent Acquisition etc), providing support and subject matter expertise to recommend appropriate actions to address queries or problems.
- Clear understanding on local labor laws in Saudi Arabia and manage GOSI (Social Insurance).
- Lead BUD WL1+ (High Partnering) and BUD WL2+ recruitment processes in partnership with RS-Sourcers, conducting interviews, supporting Hiring Managers' decisions, and ensuring offer acceptance.
- Identify talent pooling priorities and drive proactive sourcing and pipelining efforts to build and maintain a pipeline of high-quality candidates for current and future hiring needs
- Collaborate with the Support Hub team to drive top-tier talent acquisition by consistently providing market insights on the KSA region and offering strategic guidance on sourcing channels to effectively attract high-quality talent.
- Optimize recruitment processes by ensuring global process adoption, addressing local challenges, and championing diversity
- 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources - with experience in people management
- Excellent organizational skills, digital thinking and attention to detail, with the ability to manage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic and rapidly changing.
- Customer-focused mindset and ability to provide excellent service to employees, Fluent in Arabic and English, strong communication skills and bias for action.
