The Role

You Will Be Responsible For

• Onboarding
  
  

Assisting in preparing onboarding materials.

Coordinating orientation sessions and ensuring new hires complete mandatory training.

Supporting the team in ensuring onboarding compliance (document collection, system access, etc.).

• Employee Engagement & Culture
  
  

Organizing and supporting engagement activities, wellness programs, and events.

Conducting surveys to measure employee satisfaction and experience.

Assisting in planning training and development programs.

• Driving Performance
  
  

Helping in Data collection and ensuring the performance is being driven in timely manner

Ideal Profile

• You have at least 1 year experience within a Onboarding or Data Entry role.
• You have good computer skills ( MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
• You are organised and have good interpersonal skills.
• You are a strong networker & relationship builder
• You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
• You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
• You are willing to undertake 0-30% travel.
