Job Description

The ideal candidate will have experience in payroll processing and administration, ensuring accuracy, compliance with company policies, and adherence to labor laws. They will handle payroll-related tasks, maintain accurate records, and support employees with payroll inquiries.


Responsibilities

• Process payroll transactions accurately and on time.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.

• Maintain and update payroll records, including salaries, deductions, and benefits.

• Address employee inquiries and resolve payroll discrepancies.

• Collaborate with HR and Finance teams for payroll audits and reporting.

• Prepare payroll reports and ensure proper documentation.

• Stay updated on payroll regulations and best practices.


Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and payroll management systems.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
