Contracts Director (m/f/d)

A leading organization specializing in innovative solutions across various industries, currently seeking an experienced Contracts Director to oversee contract management and procurement within the construction industry.

Responsibilities:

• Contract Management: Oversee the management of contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions, and resolving any contractual issues.
• Procurement: Manage procurement processes, including sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials and services.
• Vendor Relations: Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality of materials.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with contracts and procurement activities.
• Budget Management: Monitor and manage budgets related to procurement and contract management.
• Compliance: Ensure all procurement and contract activities comply with industry regulations and standards.
  
  

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience: Minimum of 12 years of experience in contract management and procurement within the construction industry.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of procurement processes and contract management principles.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and vendors.
• Problem-Solving: Proactive approach to identifying issues and implementing effective solutions.
