Position Overview
As a Partner Account Executive (PAM) at Extreme Networks, you will play a pivotal role in managing, developing, and growing our partnerships within the assigned territory directly impacting our company's revenue.
Your primary objective will be to drive revenue growth and oversee all activities related to business planning, channel management, pipeline management, enablement, sales coaching, marketing, and forecasting. In addition to maximizing partners' net new opportunities.
This role requires collaboration across various internal teams to ensure partners receive the support needed to achieve their sales and marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Channel Strategy Alignment:
- Align channel strategies with regional sales goals to increase revenue within the assigned territory.
- Channel Development Plan: Develop and manage the territory channel development plan, map tiered partners against opportunities, identify gaps, and recruit and onboard new partners. Own short-term and long-term goals for channel partners.
- Partner Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with partners, acting as a trusted advisor and main point of contact within Extreme Networks. Foster relationships with key stakeholders to increase brand awareness and mindshare.
- Partner Acquisition and Onboarding: Collaborate with sales, regional teams and distributors to identify gaps in channel coverage. Lead the onboarding process for new partners, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary resources and support.
- Pipeline and Forecast Management: Collaborate with account executives and channel partners to drive pipeline creation and opportunities management in SFDC and Clari. Monitor and manage sales forecasts, ensuring accuracy and alignment with targets.
- Enablement and Training: rganize regular updates, training sessions, and events for channel partners to review new products, programs and strategic initiatives.
- Marketing planning: Work closely with channel partners’ marketing team for having a marketing plan to promote Extreme Networks to prospects.
- Program Compliance: Ensure partners comply with Extreme Networks' partner programs and initiatives. Organize regular updates and reviews to maintain alignment.
- Candidate must be Saudi Nationals for this role.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
- This role is based in Riyadh – Saudi Arabia.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in channel management within a Distributor or related vendor.
- Technical experience in Networking. Additional knowledge in cloud, AI, or security sectors is highly appreciated.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with partners and internal teams.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a matrixed environment, influencing cross-functional teams to achieve objectives
- Proven ability to develop and execute business plans, track progress, and adjust strategies as needed.
- Strong business acumen, understanding partner go-to-market strategies, define partners' key success criteria, aligning our business with theirs
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales forecasting methodologies.
- Willingness to travel within Saudi Arabia.
