About this opportunity:
We're now looking for a Paralegal, a dedicated, detail-oriented fresh graduate to join our team under the fresh graduate program. In this dynamic role, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with our legal counsels and compliance officers as well as independently prepare critical legal documentation. The job entails a myriad of administrative and legal responsibilities including interacting with authorities, preparing case files, conducting legal research, and maintaining meticulous records.
The main objective of Legal Affairs is to provide legal support in accordance with the above to Market Area Europe Middle East and Africa (“EMEA”).

In this dynamic role, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with our legal counsels and compliance officers as well as independently prepare critical legal documentation. The job entails a myriad of administrative and legal responsibilities including interacting with authorities, preparing case files, conducting legal research, and maintaining meticulous records.
The main objective of Legal Affairs is to provide legal support in accordance with the above to Market Area Europe Middle East and Africa (“EMEA”).
What you will do:
- Assist with draw up and/or comment on multitude contracts, as required by internal clients in connection with their respective business.
- Assist with or participate in negotiations of aforesaid instruments.
- Assist and draw up various types of Power of Attorneys, notifications, any kind of legal documents related to Ericsson entities.
- Assist with handling entity governance and issues related to entities.
- Assist legal counsels in the region on any legal related or legal administration related activities, including research and seeking legal opinions for the MMEA and local legal team.
- Coordination of external law firms, organizing the data gathered from relevant departments related to litigation cases, preparation of litigation reports.
- Handle legal and administrative tasks to ensure an efficient delivery of legal advice and compliance matters.
- Support legal and compliance processes through proficient document management and review.
- Draft, revise, and negotiate contracts and other legal documentation when necessary.
- Prepare and submit legal regulatory filings to courts or authorities.
- Maintain detailed records for legal activities such as hearings, case files, and legal research.
- Analyze, research, organize, and access critical data and information.
- Utilize technology systems for legal and administrative duties such as invoice management, review and maintenance of legal documentation repositories.
- Bachelors Degree in Law.
- 1-2 years of experience.
- Very good knowledge of law, contract law, governance, legal systems and international contractual principles.
- Basic understanding of dispute resolution principles before the courts.
- Administration and organizing skills.
- Communication Skills.
- People oriented, i.e. must be able to relate to people with empathy, exercise due diligence, yet to be objective in judgment.
- Project Management Process.

- Local Laws and Regulations Knowledge.
