We are seeking a Paid Media Specialist to join our marketing team. In this role, you will plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital channels to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. The ideal candidate is analytical, results-driven, and passionate about leveraging data to maximize campaign performance.

What You’ll Do
- Manage and optimize paid campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Conduct audience targeting, keyword research, and competitive analysis to maximize reach and performance.
- Monitor campaign performance and track KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
- Develop and implement A/B testing strategies to improve ad creatives, copy, and landing pages.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to produce engaging ad assets that align with brand messaging.
- Manage budgets, ensure campaigns stay within spend limits, and report on ROI and performance metrics.
- Stay current with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging paid media strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience managing paid digital media campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other digital advertising platforms.
- Strong understanding of campaign KPIs, analytics, and reporting tools.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Experience with marketing automation tools like HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Knowledge of retargeting, programmatic advertising, and display networks.
- Familiarity with HTML, Google Tag Manager, or conversion tracking setup.
