Accountabilities

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Accountable for archiving Nahdi store Shelf availability
  • Accountable for achieving Medicine store inventory targets and develop the strategical and tactical plans to

achieve Financial KPIs

  • Review and approve the suggested inventory plans from S&OP to ensure realistic inventory plans
  • Direct, review and approve annual events inventory plans (Mega promotions, Ramadan, Hajj, Year End..etc which is prepared by supply divisions managers that ensure achieving shelf availability, inventory and sales targets.
  • Lead the generation of guest and store needs (by SKU) shared with buying team and / or suppliers.
  • Participate in the periodic business review meetings with the concerned stakeholders through the preparation of the presentations, analysis, and recommended actions in order to present the assigned division replenishment

performance.

  • Conduct field visits to Nahdi stores and the distribution centers based on visits schedule in order to validate the

replenishment parameters, to enhance the communication and gather feedback to develop the corrective actions.

  • Report any discrepancies, areas of improvements and recommendations in regards to the check points, core

replenishment parameters, Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and processes to the Inventory Development

Manager to ensure operations enhancement.

  • Review and approve the divisions’ replenishment parameters updates for the Nahdi store inventory based on the

review of the analysis and quantifications received from the Inventory Planners to ensure store readiness, shelf

availability, and distribution center capacity and store inventory target and quality.

  • Identify the divisions’ shelf availability gaps, store readiness, distribution centers capacity and store inventory

through the analysis of the system generated reports and communicate to the concerned stakeholders accordingly

  • Lead best in class retail practices (developing standard approaches, templates, Policies & processes) in

connections with commercial

  • Manage PL Items Replenishment in addition to local items achieving all related KPI ( Sales ,Availability ,Inventory ,Monitoring supply and prepare for alternative plan )
  • Participate in SRM with Medicine Top Suppliers to improve guest service level through shared projects and joined demand planning.
  • Manage all replenishment activities for HARAM Stores across all BU’s
  • Manage Insurance replenishment based on scientific approach to track sales signals and distribute items according to sales potentiality and probabilities to maximize Insurance sales.
  • Accountable for all replenishment initiatives and activities within Medicine BU’s
  • Employee duties are not limited only to the above-mentioned Accountabilities; he/she may perform other duties as assigned

  • Indoors : 90%
  • Outdoors : 10%
  • Working Days : 5 Working Days
  • Days off : 2 Days Off
  • Working Hours : 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Requirements

  • BSc Degree Education
  • 2 Years of Related Experience Experience
  • MS Office Suite
  • Advanced Database Management Computer Skills
  • English
  • Arabic Languages
