This full-time role will report directly to the HR Manager and play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our talent development strategy.

Responsibilities
- **Organizational Development:**
- Conduct organizational assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop strategic plans to address identified needs.
- Design and implement initiatives to enhance organizational culture, communication, and collaboration.
- Foster a learning and development-centric environment by creating opportunities for knowledge sharing and skill development.
- **Employee Development:**
- Develop and deliver training programs tailored to employee needs and career aspirations.
- Create and maintain a comprehensive employee learning and development portal.
- Provide career coaching and mentoring to employees, supporting their professional growth and advancement.
- **Performance Management:**
- Collaborate with managers to establish clear performance expectations and development goals for employees.
- Provide ongoing feedback and support to employees, promoting performance improvement and professional growth.
- **Data Analysis and Reporting:**
- Collect and analyze data on organizational development and employee performance.
- Prepare reports and provide insights to senior management, informing decision-making and strategic planning.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in organizational development or employee learning and development.
- Proven expertise in designing and delivering training programs, workshops, and other developmental initiatives.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
