Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Oracle CC&B Consultant with 3–5 years of experience to provide technical, functional, and administrative support for Oracle Customer Care & Billing applications. The consultant will be responsible for system configuration, issue resolution, integrations, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while aligning system functionality with utility business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve Oracle CC&B application issues and defects.

Customize workflows, business rules, and user interfaces using Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF).

Support and maintain integrations with enterprise systems such as CRM, ERP, and GIS.

Perform data migration, transformation, and validation activities.

Leverage technical skills in SQL, Java, XML, and OUAF to support enhancements and fixes.

Administrative Responsibilities

Monitor system performance to ensure high availability and optimal performance.

Resolve user access and login issues, including user creation and role management.

Apply patches, support system upgrades, and perform routine system housekeeping tasks.

Assist in maintaining system security, stability, and compliance with operational standards.

Functional Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day functional support for Oracle CC&B.

Configure system components based on business and regulatory requirements.

Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across CC&B and integrated systems.

Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to align system functionality with business needs.

Apply domain knowledge of utility industry processes and Oracle CC&B modules, including Customer Information, Billing, Payments, and Collections.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

3–5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle CC&B in support, implementation, or enhancement projects.

Strong knowledge of Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF).

Proficiency in SQL, Java, XML, and data migration techniques.

Understanding of utility industry processes and billing systems.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in utility or regulated industry environments.

Proficiency in Arabic is preferred but not mandatory.
