Operations Reporting & Analytics Manager

Responsibilities:

-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operations reporting efforts in alignment with organizational objectives.

- Validate that operational data received from Airport Operations is correct and aligned with the data pulled from other aviation stakeholders

- Gather, analyze, and report on operational data, identifying trends, patterns, and areas for improvement

-Produce automated up-to-date airport traffic reports, managing seamlessly individual, aggregated data and key operalional matrixes

- Assist in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of operational reports and performance metrics.

- Contribute to resource all-ation efforts to support operational reporting and data analysis initiatives.

- Collate reports for other modes of transportation (multi-modality) as required

- Participate in communication and collaboration efforts with team members and relevant departments involved in operations reporting.

- Escalate operational disruptions to division leadership and provide comprehensive views on disruptive events.

- Conduct root-cause analysis on operational disruptions and provide independent evaluations, including assessing domino-effects caused by disruptions.

Requirements:

-Bachelor's Degree in Airport Management or other relevant disciplines.

- Work Experience*: 5 - 6 years of experience in a relevant field.
