About the role:
As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading daily operations of the assigned restaurants branches to ensure smooth operations, profitability, exceptional service standards and achieving the yearly sales target by building strong connections with the current and potential customers.
Key Accountabilities
- Oversee daily operations, service quality and maintenance across all restaurant branches by conducting daily visits.
- Support Restaurant Managers in resolving challenges and ensuring smooth operations.
- Monitor weekly/monthly inventory, sales and cost to maximize profitability and efficiency.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, HR, and Executive Chefs to align goals and campaigns.
- Drive research and development through data analysis, testing, and process improvement.
- Develop and mentor teams, ensuring quality, consistency, and readiness for new branches openings.
Knowledge, Skills, and Aptitude
Educational Qualifications and Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or a related field.
Knowledge: Knowledge of strong financial acumen and cost control with a strategic ability to drive growth through market and consumer insights.
Technical Skills: Computer skills and Microsoft Office proficiency.
Language Skills: Proficiency in English language is essential.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of Management experience in the Food & Beverages industry.
