Your Role – International, Challenging and Future-Oriented!

As a Sales Manager of Channel partners business in MV Switchgear market, you should possess a combination of business and technical skills to facilitate the growth of SIEMENS channel partners. The expected required experience in the local Saudi market and international vendors portfolios is an essential leaver for driving the potential partners of MV switchgear integrators towards SIEMENS diverse portfolios in the right market verticals.

  • Building Market intelligence and competitors landscape identifying market shares.
  • Mapping different end users’ requirements over SIEMENS portfolio of MV switchgears for right offering under different market verticals.
  • Identifying the right portfolio partner for the different market verticals.
  • Developing different portfolio partners towards higher market shares and diverse use of different portfolio elements.
  • Building partnership agreements for long-term business sustainability and growth committed targets.
  • Managing different partnership agreements, developing capabilities and monitoring performance.
  • Strengthening partners position with SIEMENS presence during job acquisitions and technical discussions.
  • Managing partners business traces and confirming the right application of SIEMENS quality, standards and regulations.
  • Managing the MV switchgear portfolio channel partners business growth and development.
  • Driving the development of potential MV channel partners towards Protection & Automation portfolio partnerships and solution offerings.

What will you need to succeed?

  • A college or university graduate in Electrical/Electronic Engineering with connection to Power System Protection & Control.
  • Interest in pursuing career in Electrification and Automation Portfolio particularly MV switchgear and related protection, control and automation solutions.
  • High-level knowledge of SIEMENS MV switchgear portfolios, protection and automation products.
  • Strong knowledge about the Distribution power network and applicable solutions and different OME portfolio market shares.
  • Good experience in handling customers from all segments of Utility, Industry, Infrastructure both directly as well as through EPC / Channel partners
  • A minimum of 10 years’ experience of handling various products, systems and solutions covering mainly medium voltage switchgears (AIS/GIS), relays and substation automation solutions.
  • Thrives in customer engagement and proactively pursues new clients.
  • Growth mindset, with a passion for learning and self-developing.
  • Collaborative with an ability to cultivate relationships and networks.
  • Agile, technically passionate for creating solutions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and working knowledge of web analytics tools and strong affiliation to learn IoT technology.
  • Developing customer strategies, campaign plans, and contribute to their execution.
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills with high attention to details.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
  • Ability to adapt to change, take initiative, be resourceful and dependable.
  • High flexibility and availability for travelling and customer visits around the kingdom.
  • Must be able to work independently and in a confidential and ethical manner.
