Senior O&M Manager

ORH Assessment - We are hiring a Senior O&M Manager for our client based in Jeddah City.

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Professional with a degree in Civil, Environmental, or Hydraulic Engineering, and solid experience in water network operations and management.

The role’s main mission is to oversee the operation and maintenance (O&M) of water distribution networks, filling stations, reservoirs, and pumping stations within the Business Unit, ensuring all operations meet performance targets for service continuity and Non-Revenue Water (NRW) reduction.

Key Responsibilities

1. Network Operation & Maintenance

• Plan, organize, and supervise field operations and maintenance activities.
• Monitor and analyze KPIs to drive improvements in service continuity, water quality, and NRW reduction.
• Implement water network operation standards, policies, and procedures.
• Oversee water quality monitoring and compliance programs.

2. Filling Stations

• Manage operations and performance of filling stations.
• Ensure continuous operation and efficient water distribution.
• Monitor supply levels and respond promptly to emergency requests.

3. Reservoirs and Pumping Stations

• Apply and monitor operation standards and procedures for reservoirs and pumping stations.
• Coordinate maintenance and ensure timely execution of preventive and corrective plans.

4. Non-Revenue Water (NRW) Management

• Analyze network and asset data to identify efficiency gaps.
• Develop feasibility studies and strategies to reduce NRW.
• Prioritize and implement NRW reduction initiatives.

5. Technical Support & Coordination

• Manage technical documentation, studies, and permits.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance system performance.
• Provide technical expertise to improve reliability and efficiency.

Profile Requirements

• Degree in Civil, Environmental, or Hydraulic Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in water network operations and O&M management.
• Strong analytical and leadership skills with a proven track record in NRW management.
• Excellent command of English (Arabic is an asset).
• Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage high-impact operational projects.
