Role Summary

The Operations Supervisor oversees daily fulfillment center activities, ensuring performance targets are met across productivity, quality, and SLAs. The role drives continuous improvement, manages returns, and coaches warehouse associates while using data tools to optimize efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage all store metrics, including productivity, quality, and operational KPIs.
  • Lead the preparation and presentation of weekly performance reviews with the Amazon team.
  • Conduct deep dives into key performance metrics, including productivity, quality, and Gas Tank Management.
  • Regularly review and optimize pick paths to increase efficiency and reduce operational costs.
  • Lead the implementation of Kaizens aimed at improving store performance and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure adherence to both inbound and outbound SLAs and handle escalations as needed.
  • Manage RTV (Return to Vendor) processes and ASIN consolidation.
  • Knowledge on Excel and able to operate to use Amazon tools
  • Oversee performance management and provide coaching to associates to enhance efficiency and compliance.

Requirements:

Education & Experience

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in fulfillment or warehouse operations with at least 1-2 year in a supervisory capacity.
  • Prior experience in a structured warehouse environment with exposure to inbound, inventory, and outbound processes.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong leadership and team coordination abilities.
  • Proficient in WMS systems and Microsoft Excel, especially Excel; knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
  • Data-driven mindset with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage performance in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Working knowledge of safety regulations and quality management systems.
  • Bilingual communication skills (Arabic & English) preferred. But proficiency in English is a must.

Working Conditions

  • Work performed in a warehouse environment with standing, walking, and lifting.
  • Shift work and weekend/holiday availability may be required based on operational needs.
