The candidate is expected to act as the Operations & Risk Manager for ManCo services offered by Apex FundRock Investment Company – Saudi Arabia (“Apex FundRock KSA”), an authorised invest management company regulated by the Capital Markets Authority (CMA).

The Employee will have responsibility for developing and implementing the risk management guidelines for ManCo activities of Apex FundRock KSA. As this is a relatively new entity, the requirements of the role will develop as the business entity grows:

• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the ManCo business. This will include the onboarding of new fund clients; overseeing Due Diligence & KYC; active liaison with the Compliance function; managing client operations and requirements.
• Developing a Risk Management function including staffing, operational procedures and standards, and day to day operations which allows the ManCo business to perform risk management functions in the service of its clients in compliance with Apex Group and CMA regulatory requirements.
• Actively promoting Apex Group services and engaging with clients, potential clients and other stakeholders.
• Any other activities or tasks commonly associated with the role of Operations& Risk Manager.
• NAV Review and oversight of Administrator
• Managing cashflow and developing cashflow forecasts
• Ensuring clients have been invoiced and cash collected in good time
• Performance fee / carried interest calculation knowledge
• Ability to manage different stakeholders along the value chain
• Understanding of the CMA regulations
