Operation Manager

Position: Operations Manager

Location: Riyadh, KSA

- The Operations Manager will oversee Warehouse Management, Inventory Control, Production, and Fleet Management operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1- Plan warehouse layouts, product flows, and handling systems to optimize space and efficiency.

2- Supervise all distribution, warehousing, and shipping activities.

3- Forecast warehouse needs, prepare budgets, and manage expenditures.

4- Develop and implement inventory management and stock control processes.

5- Ensure accurate inventory levels through regular stock counts and reconciliation.

6- Coordinate with purchasing to maintain optimal stock levels and prevent shortages or overstock.

7- Analyze sales trends and customer demands to forecast inventory needs.

8- Enforce inventory control procedures, including FIFO and proper storage practices.

9- Optimize production operations by developing and implementing process improvements.

10- Collaborate with quality control to ensure product standards are met.

11- Maintain factory equipment and oversee machinery efficiency.

12- Analyze production data, resolve production issues, and submit detailed reports to management.

13- Motivate production teams to meet operational targets.

14- Develop and manage efficient, cost-effective fleet management strategies.

15- Monitor fleet tracking systems and ensure compliance with company policies and national regulations.

16- Utilize KPIs to optimize supply chain ROI.

- Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Postgraduate Degree.

• 12–15 years of relevant experience.

• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• High attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management.

• Fluent in Arabic and English (both written and spoken).
