Job Title: Junior Onboarding Specialist

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (Onsite)

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Onboarding Specialist to join our team in Riyadh. In this role, you will support the smooth integration of new hires into the company, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience from offer acceptance through the first weeks of employment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and execute the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires.
• Communicate onboarding schedules and requirements to new employees.
• Ensure all required documentation is completed accurately and on time.
• Schedule orientation sessions, trainings, and introductory meetings with departments.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and Admin to prepare necessary tools, credentials, and workspace for new hires.
• Address new hire questions and provide timely support during the onboarding period.
• Collect and analyze feedback to improve the onboarding experience.
• Maintain onboarding records and update internal systems accordingly.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in HR or onboarding roles (internship experience is acceptable).
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar tools.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with HR systems (e.g., ERP system, or similar).
• Knowledge of Saudi labor laws and onboarding best practices.
• Experience in a fast-paced or tech-driven company is a plus.
