As Commercial Finance Leader within Baker Hughes Inspection business, you will be responsible for:
- Leading financial planning, forecasting, and performance management for the OFSE Geo Zone
- Providing financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making and resource allocation
- Supporting regional commercial teams with pricing strategies, deal reviews, and margin analysis
- Collaborating with operations, supply chain, and functional teams to drive cost control and productivity
- Aligning regional finance activities with global OFSE standards and segment priorities
- Leading and develop a high-performing regional finance team
- Supporting talent development and succession planning within the Geo Zone Finance organization
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred)
- Have 10+ years of progressive experience in in finance leadership roles, ideally within industrial or energy sectors
- Demonstrate strong understanding of product line economics, commercial finance, and operational drivers
- Have Experience in managing teams across multiple locations and working in a matrixed organization
- Have strong communication and leadership skills
- Demonstrate established project management and analytical skills
