Office Manager - CEO Office

The ideal candidate will be able to effectively coordinate meetings and other office events. They should be comfortable answering inbound phone calls, distributing mail to employees and handling outgoing mail. They should also possess a friendly demeanor so they can effectively interact with office visitors and interview candidates. 

Responsibilities

• Manage the CEO’s schedule, appointments, travel, and meeting logistics
• Act as a primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
• Coordinate high-level meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure follow-up on action items
• Handle confidential documents and communications with discretion
• Support the CEO in day-to-day administrative tasks and strategic priorities
• Oversee the organization of the executive office, including office supplies, files, and vendor coordination
• Liaise with departments across the business to facilitate communication and alignment

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and modern collaboration tools
• Strong communication skills in English + Arabic
• Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality
• Strong ability to multitask and time management skills
• Friendly and upbeat demeanor
