Job Summary:

Establish nutritional plans, review menus, applying diet therapy served for patients after Clinical Dietitian's nutritional assessments.

Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities:

• Responsible for patient’s nutrition service and satisfaction
• Make daily rounds to meet and interview the patients for food allergies and food preferences
• Observe tray line on daily basis
• Provide education to patients, their families and other members of Health Care Team.
• Update and create meal plans based on Therapeutic Diet requirements.
• Perform other applicable task and duties assigned within the realm of his/her knowledge, skills and abilities

Education/Professional Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Food and Nutrition or Human Nutrition
• 2+ years’ of experience in planning regular and therapeutic diets in Accredited hospital(s)
• SCFHS license
