  • الاستجابة لاستفسارات الزبائن وحل أي شكاوى أو مشاكل بطريقة لبقة

  • تقديم توصيات بناءً على تفضيلات الزبائن

  • التأكد من رضا الزبائن عن الخدمة والطعام

  • استقبال الزبائن بابتسامة وتوجيههم إلى الطاولات المناسبة

  • تقديم قوائم الطعام والمشروبات وشرح الأصناف والعروض الخاصة

  • أخذ الطلبات بدقة وتأكيدها مع الزبائن

    • الشروط والمهارات:
    • خبرة لا تقل عن سنة في نفس المجال
    • يفضل اجادة اللغة الإنجليزية
    • اللباقة في التحدث مع العملاء
