Contexte et environnement

• Expansion of distributors network and introducing TotalEnergies image in a challenging market with very high competition.
• Constant contact with the teams: Sales administration, Marketing, technical, Logistics, finance, accounting and legal.
• Introducing new TotalEnergies lubricants and car care products in distributors network.
• Monitoring the market and competitors.

Activités

1. Sales:

• Monitor the achievement of the sales objectives of lubricants and Car care at each distributor, and apply actions to achieve them.
• Permanent contact with our partners and a weekly monitoring of the distributors activity.

2. Development:

• Provide a detailed on all prospected, strategic, and profitable distributors.
• Study and analyze competitive market.

3. Animation:

• Implement & monitor a training and animation sessions to the employees.
• Building value selling skills within the sales force, and provide the coaching and tools required.

4. Control:

• Quality of the brand, and visual standards of the service in the point of sales.
• Respect the safety, security, and hygiene rules.
• Monthly monitoring the financial state of distributors.
• Monthly monitoring the cash collection in order to reach the target of DOS and collection.

5. Management:

• Manage the distributors and partners.
• Manage his team. (Sales Managers)
• Implement Health, Safety, Environment and Quality policies at all times.

Profil du candidat

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration or any equivalent.
• Experience: 6+ years of related business.
• Skills: Sales & Marketing minded good negotiation & communication skills, creative, team player, result & customer oriented, flexible, and working well under pressure, analytical thinking, and time management skills.
• Languages: fluent Arabic and English.
