المهام والمسؤوليات:- استلام المواد والبضائع الواردة للمستودع ومطابقتها مع أوامر الشراء والفواتير.
- تنظيم وتخزين المواد في المواقع المخصصة وفق نظام المستودع المعتمد.
- متابعة صرف المواد للأقسام والإدارات المختصة وفق طلبات الصرف المعتمدة.
- التأكد من صحة الكميات والمواصفات والتواريخ (خصوصاً المواد ذات الصلاحية).
- إجراء الجرد الدوري والسنوي للمستودع ومطابقة النتائج مع السجلات.
- المحافظة على ترتيب ونظافة المستودع وفق معايير السلامة والصحة المهنية.
- إعداد تقارير دورية عن حركة المواد (الوارد، الصادر، المتبقي).
- مراقبة مستويات المخزون وإشعار الإدارة عند الحاجة لإعادة الطلب.
- ضمان تطبيق سياسات وإجراءات التخزين والرقابة الداخلية.
- التعاون مع فرق المشتريات والمحاسبة والرقابة الداخلية لضمان انسيابية العمل.
- مؤهل علمي مناسب (دبلوم أو بكالوريوس في الإدارة، اللوجستيات، أو تخصص مشابه).
- خبرة لا تقل عن (2–3) سنوات في مجال المستودعات أو إدارة المخزون.
- معرفة بأنظمة وإجراءات التخزين الحديثة وبرامج إدارة المخزون (ERP أو Odoo).
- القدرة على إعداد التقارير ومهارات استخدام الحاسب الآلي.
- الدقة والانتباه للتفاصيل.
- مهارات تنظيمية عالية.
- القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط.
- مهارات التواصل الفعّال والعمل الجماعي.
- الالتزام بالأنظمة والإجراءات والسياسات الداخلية.
