موظف استقبال – عيادة بيطرية
الوصف الوظيفي:
تبحث عيادتنا البيطرية عن موظف استقبال مهني ليكون نقطة الاتصال الأولى مع عملائنا وزوارنا. ستتولى هذه الوظيفة الترحيب بالعملاء وتوجيههم للأقسام المختصة، جدولة وتنظيم المواعيد، استلام قيمة الكشف والعلاج، بالإضافة إلى دعم العملاء وإدارة المهام الإدارية.
المهام الوظيفية:
- استقبال العملاء والحالات الخاصة بحيواناتهم الأليفة، وتوجيههم إلى القسم المناسب.
- تنظيم وجدولة المواعيد بدقة باستخدام برامج الكمبيوتر.
- الرد على المكالمات الهاتفية وتقديم المساعدة المناسبة.
- إدارة البريد الوارد والصادر.
- إدارة حسابات التواصل الاجتماعي للعيادة والتفاعل مع العملاء.
- التعامل مع العملاء والحيوانات الأليفة بمهنية ولباقة.
- العمل بساعات مرنة والقدرة على التكيف مع ضغط العمل.
- إدارة الوقت بفعالية لضمان تقديم خدمات عالية الجودة.
المؤهلات المطلوبة:
- شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها.
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنة ويفضل في عيادة بيطرية.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية تحدثًا وكتابة.
- مهارات تواصل ممتازة والقدرة على العمل ضمن فريق.
- القدرة على استخدام برامج الكمبيوتر بكفاءة.
