تعلن شركة راز الماسية العقارية عن توفر شاغر وظيفي بمسمى مشرف اتحاد المُلاك للانضمام إلى فريق المشاريع في جـدة

المهام والمسؤوليات:

  • الإشراف على استلام وتسليم العقارات والوحدات السكنية للملاك.
  • متابعة الصيانة الدورية وضمانات العقار.
  • مراقبة سلامة المرافق وفق الأنظمة المعتمدة.
  • حل المشكلات وضمان الالتزام باللوائح والسلامة المهنية.
  • تطوير وتحسين المناطق المشتركة.


المهارات المطلوبة:

  • سرعة التواصل والتعامل الفعّال مع الملاك والفريق.
  • مهارات تنظيمية وإدارة الوقت بشكل جيد.
  • الإلمام بأنظمة اتحاد الملاك واللوائح التنظيمية ذات العلاقة.
  • مهارات متابعة وصيانة العقارات والمرافق.
  • مهارات توثيق وإعداد التقارير.


المؤهلات المطلوبة:

ان يكون سعودي/ة الجنسية

شهادة الثانوية او الدبلوم في ادارة الاعمال


مكان العمل: جــدة

نوع الدوام: دوام كامل
