تعلن شركة راز الماسية العقارية عن توفر شاغر وظيفي بمسمى مشرف اتحاد المُلاك للانضمام إلى فريق المشاريع في جـدة
المهام والمسؤوليات:
- الإشراف على استلام وتسليم العقارات والوحدات السكنية للملاك.
- متابعة الصيانة الدورية وضمانات العقار.
- مراقبة سلامة المرافق وفق الأنظمة المعتمدة.
- حل المشكلات وضمان الالتزام باللوائح والسلامة المهنية.
- تطوير وتحسين المناطق المشتركة.
المهارات المطلوبة:
- سرعة التواصل والتعامل الفعّال مع الملاك والفريق.
- مهارات تنظيمية وإدارة الوقت بشكل جيد.
- الإلمام بأنظمة اتحاد الملاك واللوائح التنظيمية ذات العلاقة.
- مهارات متابعة وصيانة العقارات والمرافق.
- مهارات توثيق وإعداد التقارير.
المؤهلات المطلوبة:
ان يكون سعودي/ة الجنسية
شهادة الثانوية او الدبلوم في ادارة الاعمال
مكان العمل: جــدة
نوع الدوام: دوام كامل
