Mid-level/Senior Employment lawyer

We are working with an exceptional Partner within a prominent UK International firm who is looking for an experienced Mid-Senior Employment Lawyer.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' post-qualification experience, be admitted to practice in Saudi Arabia or be Common Law Qualified, and demonstrate a strong background in international and cross-border employment matters, with exposure to cases across the Middle East.

Key Requirements:

• Qualified to practice in Saudi Arabia, or Common Law Qualified (UK, Australia, South Africa, US admission)

• 5+ years of post-qualification experience in employment law

• Solid experience advising on complex employment issues, employee relations, investigations, and compliance

• Familiarity with employment laws and practices across the GCC region will be beneficial to your application

• Strong communication and client advisory skills

• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage
