مقدمة
نبحث عن مهندس معماري ذو خبرة في التصميم والاشراف للانضمام إلى فريقنا للإشراف على مشروع في مكة المكرمة. ستعمل في الإشراف على تحويل التصميمات المعمارية إلى واقع ملموس مع ضمان توافقها مع المعايير الفنية وأكواد البناء. ستتعاون مع الأقسام الداخلية والجهات المعنية لضمان التنفيذ الناجح للمشروع.
المسؤوليات
- الإشراف المباشر على جميع الأعمال المعمارية في الموقع.
- مراجعة واعتماد التصاميم والمخططات المعمارية.
- التأكد من أن التنفيذ يطابق تماماً المخططات والتصاميم المعتمدة.
- التنسيق مع المهندسين من التخصصات الأخرى لضمان تكامل الأعمال.
- مراجعة جودة المواد والتشطيبات المستخدمة.
- تقديم تقارير دورية عن سير العمل.
المؤهلات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المعمارية.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في إشراف المشاريع.
- خبرة في برامج التصميم ذات الصلة (Revit, AutoCAD, الخ)
