المهام والمسؤوليات:

وضع وتنفيذ خطط وضوابط الجودة للمشاريع الإنشائية لضمان الالتزام بالمواصفات والمعايير المعتمدة.

الإشراف على أعمال التنفيذ الميداني والتأكد من مطابقتها للمخططات والمواصفات الفنية.

مراجعة واعتماد المواد والمعدات المستخدمة قبل التركيب أو التنفيذ.

مراقبة جودة أعمال المقاولين والاستشاريين ورفع تقارير دورية بالملاحظات والإجراءات التصحيحية.

التنسيق والإشراف على جودة أعمال الكهرباء والميكانيكا في المواقع (يفضل من لديه خبرة مباشرة).

إجراء الفحوصات والاختبارات اللازمة للمواد والأعمال الميدانية وفق الإجراءات المعتمدة.

ضمان تطبيق معايير السلامة والصحة المهنية في مواقع العمل.

المؤهلات والخبرة المطلوبة:

بكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو المعمارية أو ما يعادلها.

خبرة إجمالية لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في مجال المشاريع الإنشائية، منها 6 سنوات على الأقل داخل المملكة العربية السعودية.

يفضل من لديه خبرة في الإشراف على أعمال الكهرباء والميكانيكا الميدانية.

معرفة جيدة بأنظمة ومعايير ضبط الجودة في الإنشاءات.

إلمام باستخدام برامج إدارة المشاريع وإعداد التقارير الفنية.
