محلل مراقبة المخزون يعمل على مراقبة وتحليل حركة المخزون في المؤسسة لضمان توافر الكميات المناسبة وتجنب الفائض أو النقص. إليك بعض من أبرز المهام التي قد يتولاها محلل مراقبة المخزون:
- تحليل البيانات المخزنية: تحليل بيانات المخزون بشكل دوري لمعرفة الاتجاهات والأنماط في حركة المواد، وذلك لتحديد مستوى المخزون الأمثل.
- توقع الطلبات المستقبلية: استخدام الأدوات التحليلية والتقارير لتوقع احتياجات المخزون في المستقبل بناءً على البيانات التاريخية والاتجاهات.
- مراقبة مستويات المخزون: التأكد من أن مستويات المخزون تتماشى مع الطلب الفعلي وتقديم التوصيات لإجراء التعديلات اللازمة (إعادة طلب المواد، تعديل الكميات).
- إعداد تقارير المخزون: إعداد تقارير دورية تشمل تحليلات دقيقة للمخزون، مثل تقارير الفائض أو النقص، التقارير المالية المرتبطة بالمخزون، وتقارير تقييم أداء الموردين.
- مراجعة حركة المخزون: مراقبة جميع الحركات التي تتم على المخزون، مثل عمليات الاستلام، الصرف، والنقل، للتأكد من دقتها وتوافقها مع السجلات.
- تحديد مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية (KPIs): تحديد مؤشرات الأداء الخاصة بالمخزون (مثل معدل التدوير، مستوى التوفر، وقت الاستجابة) ومراقبتها لضمان الكفاءة.
- التعاون مع الأقسام الأخرى: العمل مع الأقسام المختلفة مثل المشتريات، المبيعات، والتوريد لتنسيق احتياجات المخزون وضمان توفره في الوقت المناسب.
