  • Oversee the quality control processes for all MEP installations, ensuring compliance with project specifications, engineering codes, and industry best practices.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and audits of MEP work to ensure that construction is progressing as planned and that the work meets high standards.
  • Ensure that testing, commissioning, and handover processes for all MEP systems are carried out in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Address any non-compliance issues and ensure that corrective actions are implemented as needed.
  • Develop and manage the budget for all MEP systems, including procurement of materials and equipment, labor costs, and subcontractor management.
  • Monitor MEP-related costs throughout the project and ensure that the scope is executed within the allocated budget.
  • Identify and manage cost-saving opportunities while ensuring that the project’s design and quality are not compromised.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management, project stakeholders, and clients on MEP system progress, challenges, and solutions.
  • Prepare detailed reports on MEP performance, budget status, issues, and resolutions for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all MEP-related inquiries and ensure effective communication with project teams, contractors, and consultants.
  • Identify potential risks related to MEP systems, including delays, technical challenges, or cost overruns.
  • Develop strategies to mitigate risks and address any challenges proactively to minimize disruptions to the project.
  • Resolve any technical issues related to MEP systems during construction, ensuring that solutions are implemented effectively.
  • Lead and mentor a team of MEP engineers and technicians, providing guidance and support for their professional development.
  • Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and ensure that team members are focused on meeting project deadlines and objectives.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment, ensuring smooth communication and cooperation with other disciplines.
