To lead and manage complex medical engagement projects. This role requires a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, strong project management skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of delivering successful projects on time and within budget.

Project Management:

• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success.

Internal Communication:

• Facilitate effective communication and knowledge sharing between the internal team
• Develop and implement innovative engagement strategies, including advisory boards, speaker programs.
• Create periodic operational newsletters

Stakeholder Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), healthcare providers, and other industry experts.
• Manage expectations and address concerns of stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective project execution.

Regulatory Compliance:

• Ensure adherence to all relevant regulatory guidelines and industry standards.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all project activities.

Skills

Skills:

• Bachelors degree in related field
• Experience in managing and implementing projects
• 2 years in Cost effectivness Management program is a plus
• Masters Degree – desirable
