Job Responsibility
- Manage analysis of market and competitor data pertaining stc’s products and services, in order devise effective action plans for maximization of sales, revenues and market share.
- Manage marketing and corporate communication projects and initiatives, as may be required by the reporting senior.
- Develop annual marketing plan for STC including marketing budget and relevant business cases, and pricing after in - depth analysis of the marketing requirements for stc’s plans, new projects and other ad - hoc programs.
- Monitor funds utilization with respect to fulfilment of marketing initiatives and revises stc’s marketing budget, if required, in order to ensure effective implementation of all planned marketing activities.
- Lead all initiatives aimed at analysing best practices in the field of marketing and corporate communication in order to implement ideas for continuous improvement in relevant policy areas.
- Manage coordination with all relevant departments for identifying, evaluating and implementing effective ways of applying research findings to the business.
- Ensure all new marketing initiatives approved for implementation are reflected in the overall marketing roadmap and ensures all relevant documentation is developed, for ease of reference, when required.
- Review all technical documentation related to Marketing and Corporate Communication prior to submission of key findings to the management.
- Ensure effective relationships are maintained with stc’s external vendors including media agencies, event management companies and market research agencies, and ensures their queries are effectively address.
- Manage risk identification and mitigation related to Marketing and Corporate Communication, in order to address all identified business and financial risks.
- Engage and retain team members to ensure that the right skills are available in the team, when required.
