Job Brief:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced mechanical engineer to join our team on the Site for Residential Projects. You will be responsible for working on all stages of our production cycles, from research and design to installation, and evaluation. the mechanical engineer will be responsible for making sure all machinery on a given project is constructed and installed correctly.
To be successful as a mechanical engineer, you should be a highly creative individual with the ability to develop innovative solutions to our clients' problems. The top candidate will also have the ability to communicate their technical ideas in a clear manner, both visually and verbally.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical expertise to staff, clients, and peers within the organization.
- Coordination and supervision of installation of the mechanical and plumbing services of projects.
- Perform engineering calculations to support design work.
- Manage work assignments and workforce planning.
- Assists project managers by developing and reviewing scopes, schedules and time budgets for work to be executed in their group.
- Provide mechanical engineering oversight and guidance.
- Review, approve, and release drawings, analysis, test plans, and other mechanical engineering documentation.
- Ensure project timeline is met and the project stays within budget.
- Perform detailed documentation to track project development and design process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent ability to read and understand designs and schematics.
- Minimum 5 years of proven Experience as Mechanical Engineer.
- Experience using CAD software such as AutoCAD, or similar.
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
