مدير تطوير الأعمال 

 وظيفة مدير تطوير الأعمال والتسويق، مسؤول عن رسم الاستراتيجيات التسويقية والتجارية، وقيادة مشاريع النمو والتوسع بالشركة، بما يضمن تكامل الجهود بين إدارات المبيعات والتسويق.

 لمهام والمسؤوليات:


  • وضع استراتيجية تسويقية وتجارية شاملة تدعم رؤية الشركة وخططها التوسعية.
  • تطوير أسواق الحالية والجديدة ودراسة فرص الشراكات لتوسيع اعمال الشركة.
  • تحليل اتجاهات السوق الزراعي والمنافسين وتقديم توصيات استراتيجية.
  • دعم أنشطة المبيعات عبر توفير خطط وبرامج تسويقية وبيعية متكاملة.
  • الإشراف على الحملات التسويقية الاستراتيجية.
  • متابعة ورفع مؤشرات الأداء الاستراتيجية ورفع تقارير دورية للإدارة العليا.


المؤهلات المطلوبة:

  • بكالوريوس في الهندسة الزراعية (شرط أساسي).
  • مؤهل إضافي في ماجستير في ادارة الاعمال (MBA) ويفضل تخصص التسويق.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات - 4 سنوات حقلية زراعية والباقي ادارية تسويقية.
  •  قدرة على تطوير استراتيجيات طويلة المدى وتحويلها إلى مبادرات عملية.
  • إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية.
