الوصف الوظيفي:

نحن نبحث عن مدير تشغيل مختبر الطرق والتربة ذو خبرة عالية في إدارة المختبرات وتنفيذ المشاريع. يجب أن يكون المرشح قادرًا على إدارة عمليات المختبر بشكل فعال، وتحقيق المعايير الدولية في مجال اختبارات التربة والطرق.

المسؤوليات:

- إدارة عمليات المختبر وتحقيق الأهداف المحددة

- إدارة فريق العمل وتقديم الدعم الفني والمشورة

- تحقيق الجودة والسلامة في عمليات المختبر

- إدارة المشاريع وتحقيق الأهداف المحددة

- التواصل مع العملاء وتقديم الخدمات الفنية

- تحليل البيانات وتقديم التقارير الفنية

المتطلبات:

- خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في إدارة المختبرات

- خبرة في إدارة المشاريع

- مهارات تواصل عالية جدا

- متمكن من الجوانب الفنية والادراية في مجال اختبارات التربة والطرق

- شهادة جامعية في الهندسة المدنية أو مجال ذي صلة

- إدارة المختبرات

- إدارة المشاريع

- التواصل الفعال

- تحليل البيانات

- تقديم التقارير الفنية

- الجودة والسلامة
