Job Overview
KILONEWTONS seeks an innovative Industrial Engineer to optimize our manufacturing processes and drive operational excellence in Jeddah. You’ll analyze production systems, implement efficiency improvements, and reduce costs while maintaining quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement efficient production systems and workflows
Conduct time/motion studies to improve productivity
Develop and maintain quality control procedures
Analyze production data to identify improvement opportunities
Optimize facility layouts and material handling systems
Implement lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on process improvements
Prepare technical reports and present findings to management
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
5+ years experience in industrial/manufacturing engineering
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in process mapping and optimization
Knowledge of quality control standards (ISO, Six Sigma)
Excellent project management abilities
Essential Software Skills
AutoCAD/SolidWorks for facility layout design
Arena/Simio for process simulation
Minitab for statistical analysis
MS Project for project management
ERP/MRP systems experience
