مدير تشغيل لوجيستي
الإشراف الكامل على العمليات اللوجستية وضمان كفاءة سلسلة الإمداد من الاستلام والتخزين وحتى التوزيع، مع تحسين التكاليف وجودة الخدمة وتحقيق أهداف الشركة التشغيلية.
- تخطيط وإدارة العمليات اللوجستية اليومية وضمان سير العمل بكفاءة عالية.
- الإشراف على عمليات النقل، التخزين، التوزيع، وإدارة المخزون.
- تطوير وتحسين إجراءات التشغيل لزيادة الكفاءة وتقليل التكاليف التشغيلية.
- التنسيق مع الموردين وشركات النقل لضمان الالتزام بالجداول الزمنية.
- مراقبة مستويات المخزون وضمان توفر المنتجات دون فائض أو نقص.
- إعداد التقارير التشغيلية الدورية ورفعها للإدارة العليا.
- ضمان الالتزام بالأنظمة والقوانين المتعلقة بالنقل والسلامة.
- إدارة فريق العمل اللوجستي وتوزيع المهام وتقييم الأداء.
- التعامل مع التحديات التشغيلية وحل المشكلات الطارئة بفعالية.
- تطبيق مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية (KPIs) وتحسين نتائجها باستمرار.
- درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال، اللوجستيات، أو تخصص ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال التشغيل أو الإدارة اللوجستية.
- معرفة قوية بإدارة سلاسل الإمداد وأنظمة التخزين والنقل.
- مهارات قيادية وتنظيمية عالية.
- القدرة على تحليل البيانات واتخاذ القرارات التشغيلية.
- إجادة استخدام أنظمة إدارة المخزون والبرامج اللوجستية.
- مهارات تواصل ممتازة والعمل تحت الضغط.
- التخطيط الاستراتيجي
- إدارة الوقت وتعدد المهام
