We are looking for a proactive Account Manager to build and maintain strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction and identifying growth opportunities 

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns
• Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term partnerships
• Provide insights on products and services to drive upselling and cross-selling
• Schedule visits to discuss client requirements
• Keep track of contract updates and renewals

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
• Ability to manage multiple clients and meet deadlines
