Based as primary location in our Regional Headquarters in Saudi Arabia, you will build and implement marketing strategy with our distributors or direct operations, aligned with global Marketing.

What will your responsibilities be at bioMérieux?

Developing and executing localized marketing strategies for Food & Pharma segment that align with global objectives, supporting our distributors, driving lead generation by promoting value proposals to local key accounts, and identifying trends, opportunities, and challenges. You will also provide relevant tools to keep building sales capabilities for distributors' sales force, interacting with regional marketing. We look for candidates whose motivation is to invest in themselves, in the projects of the future, and to participate in a collective adventure led by a pioneering spirit.

The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients:

  • Support the Business Manager in prioritizing the market and segment
  • Deliver locally adapted tools to position our key offer
  • Build a value proposal to support sales activities.
  • Market data collection in the targeted segment in the region.
  • Manage local events with partners to communicate and build the positioning of the industry business
  • Build relationships with Kol stakeholders, including regulatory authority, government bodies, and distributors.
  • Cascade global strategy with adapted adjustment
  • Liaise with local operations to align support functions.
  • Area: Middle East & Egypt

Who are you?

  • Bachelor's degree required in science, healthcare, medical devices or Biomedical & Microbiology is a plus
  • 3-5 years' experience in Marketing Operations
  • Able to work independently with 60% of the time in the field (in your area)
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, Proficiency in English
  • Strong business acumen along with demonstrated work ethic, integrity, and professional conduct
  • International mindset and ability to adjust to a multicultural environment
