Marketing & Branding Manager
National Development Fund (NDF)

To manage the end-to-end NDF marketing and brand activities across various channels including traditional and digital. To develop comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance NDF brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and support brand identity. To build a strong understanding of brand management as well as planning and executing strategic marketing plans. To execute effective communication and leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
Managerial Accountabilities- Manage the activities and work performed by direct reports to ensure that it is carried out in an efficient and effective manner, in line with the annual business plans, and departmental policies and procedures.
- Oversee employee performance and development by assigning performance targets and development objectives on an annual basis and ensure formal and informal feedback are regularly provided on a timely basis.
- Monitor staff achievements, perform periodic performance appraisals, and provide guidance or coaching to direct reports in performing their delegated duties.
- Maintain quality assure all services and work-products delivered by the department/unit in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Develop operational procedures and policies in line with corporate and strategic guidance.
- Deploy allocated resources for optimal performance and provide feedback to the direct line manager on resource requirements
- Oversee the implementation of departmental policies, systems, processes, procedures and controls covering all related areas so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service in a consistent manner.
- Consistently review and monitor existing policies and processes to support independent oversight in assessing all approved risk strategies, standards, tolerance and appetite including adherence to escalation mechanisms to support decision-making and any corrective measures as appropriate.
- Ensure effective work on positioning NDF as the umbrella of the development ecosystem in Saudi Arabia.
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with the organization’s overall goals and objectives
- Ensure consistent and effective messaging across all communication channels
- Build strong relationships with all funds and banks under NDF
- Developing and executing comprehensive marketing and communication strategies
- Working closing with other functions within the organization to align on marketing plans and objectives
- Continuously identifying, monitoring and targeting relevant target audience
- Work closely and manage external marketing agencies to ensure effective workflow and quality check
- Developing a marketing calendar for the year to ensure proper planning time for all marketing and communication activities which include digital and traditional activities
- leading and overseeing the production of videos and TVCs for all marketing activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI on marketing initiatives.
- managing the procurement process and effective allocation of budgets to all external marketing agencies if needed
- Monitor the budget is allocated accurately and within the procurement guidelines
- Adherence to all regulations and control function within the NDF in order to ensure that governance, Audit, risk and compliance matters are carried out.
Essential: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any relevant field is preferable.
Preferred (in Addition to Minimum): Master’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any relevant field is preferable.
ExperienceMinimum of 5 - 7 years of relevant experience in Marketing and brand Management in a public/private sector.
