We are seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist to design, implement, and optimize automated marketing workflows that drive lead generation, engagement, and conversions. You will work closely with the marketing, sales, and analytics teams to ensure personalized and data-driven campaigns reach the right audience at the right time.

What You’ll Do
- Build, manage, and optimize automated marketing campaigns across email, CRM, social, and web channels.
- Develop lead nurturing workflows to guide prospects through the buyer journey.
- Collaborate with content and creative teams to deliver personalized messaging at scale.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Manage segmentation, scoring, and targeting to improve engagement and conversion rates.
- Maintain and troubleshoot marketing automation systems to ensure seamless operations.
- Stay current with marketing automation trends, tools, and best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in marketing automation, CRM, or digital marketing.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Strong understanding of lead management, segmentation, and personalization strategies.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills to manage multiple workflows simultaneously.
- Experience with A/B testing, email deliverability optimization, and campaign reporting.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or basic scripting for emails and landing pages.
- Familiarity with multi-channel marketing campaigns and integration with paid media or social platforms.
