Your Tasks

Ordering and Distribution planning

• Ensure product stock availability in branches are optimum for all distribution channels and can cover direct demand from customers.
• Monitor and put plans to ensure FG supplies are timely available in branches as per required forecast by branch.
• Interact with sales, marketing, and branches to understand demand forecast by branch for product sales and drivers for replenishment.
• Creating PO, inbound deliveries and related documents for intercompany ordering and replenishment through ERP system (SAP)
• Collaborate with 3PM & CS DXB for planning of inbound for finished products.
• Working with DXB customer service and Demand and supply planners to optimize service level.
• Support CS team for SL, stocks availability and allocation
• Coordinate VAS plans for all co pack requirements across value chain
  
  

Inventory Management

• Devise ways and improvement actions for inventory management
• Monitor, evaluate and build plan for excess stocks, blocked stocks and short shelf life stocks.
• Align with stakeholder’s plan to deplete short shelf life and excess stocks.
  
  

Procurement & MD Management

• Create MD in distributor system along with leading assortment management for BDF
• Generation and processing of PO and confirmation from distributor system
• Provide visibility to stakeholders on active SKU list and innovations.
• Liaise with MU SC team for new products and ensure on time ordering from distributor system and listing
• Process request samples etc from distributor system as per business requirement
  
  

Reporting

• Provide monthly SL reporting for branches.
• Reporting for inventory (DIH)
• Waste
  
  

Others

• Any other analysis, tasks and duties, which are within the scope, spirit and purpose of the job as requested by the line manager.
  
  

Your Profile

• Bachelor from an accredited university with a focus on Management, Logistics or Supply Chain Experience
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a planning (demand/supply) customer service, in FMCG company
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic & English are mandatory.
• High proficiency in MS Office applications with emphasis on advanced excel.
• Knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
• Attention to detail and rigorous accuracy
• Team worker and able to work autonomously
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
