Job Description

Job Summary:
This role is responsible for leading and managing complex strategic market initiatives, ensuring alignment with Philips’ business objectives. The candidate will drive high-impact programs, oversee cross-functional collaboration, and support market expansion and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Program Leadership: Lead strategic market initiatives from conceptualization to execution, ensuring alignment with Philips’ global and regional objectives.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary contact for all program-related escalations, working closely with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership, commercial teams, Business units and supporting functions like Quality and regulatory bodies.
  • Project Governance: Develop and maintain governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with Philips’ strategic priorities and execution standards.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with market, Business and function teams to ensure a seamless execution of initiatives.
  • Market Analysis & Business Case Development: Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and financial modeling to support decision-making and investment prioritization.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor program milestones, track KPIs, and ensure timely reporting on progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify process gaps and implement best practices to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in market development, program management, and/or business strategy.
  • Proven ability to lead large-scale, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and business acumen.
  • Reasonable experience with financial modeling, market analysis, and business case development.
  • Consultancy background
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong command in English Language/ Arabic speaking is a plus.

How We Work Together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.

Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
