As a Training & Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing key relationships which promote professional development amongst our clients. You will work closely with our agents ensuring they are developing their skills such as Time Management, Communication and Customer Service. You will also act as our Brand Ambassador and represent Bayut at events for our product launches and client functions.
In this position, you will :
- Identify and assess current and future training needs to develop soft skills for our client's agents and staff;
- Design and deliver suitable training and development initiatives which will build and retain loyalty with our clients;
- Develop and deploy a team for field training;
- Contribute to internal training needs analysis and deployment of training for the professional development of employees by working closely with different stakeholders across all the departments in Bayut;
- Provide coaching and training sessions for basic professional enhancement of middle management staff and frontline staff across the company (internal);
- Utilise best practices and education principles in creating and deploying training sessions;
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training courses through effective training and trainer evaluation programs and build reports for management;
- Curate and develop training content for external and internal clients;
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team to achieve organisational goals and objectives;
- Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and productivity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Business, Real Estate or any other related discipline
Experience
- 12+ years of experience as a trainer, corporate training specialist, or related position;
- 3+ years of experience in managing a team
Knowledge
- Solid knowledge of the latest corporate training techniques
Skills
- Impressive communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel), and instructional software
- Excellent leadership, team building, and management skills
- Fluent in English, fluent Arabic is an advantage
