Qiddiya Investment Company is at the forefront of developing a unique entertainment, cultural, and sports destination in Saudi Arabia. As we evolve and expand our projects, we are looking for a proactive and experienced Manager - Talent Acquisition to join our dynamic human resources team. This role is critical in sourcing, attracting, and retaining the best talent necessary to bring our ambitious vision to life.

As the Manager of Talent Acquisition, you will play a vital role in shaping our recruitment strategy and leading initiatives that enhance our employer brand. You will work closely with key stakeholders across various departments to identify staffing needs and ensure we build a high-performing team that reflects our commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screenings, interviewing, and selection
  • Utilize various sourcing techniques to attract candidates, including social media, job boards, networking, and industry events
  • Ensure that all recruitment activities align with Qiddiya's brand and values, providing a positive candidate experience
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and implement improvements to enhance effectiveness and efficiency
  • Collaborate with HR colleagues to implement onboarding processes for new hires
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
  • Participate in employer branding initiatives to raise the visibility of Qiddiya in the job market
  • Foster relationships with local universities and other recruiting sources to build a strong talent pipeline


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 4-8 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in the real estate, construction, or similar industries
  • Proven experience in managing the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and various sourcing methods
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Proactive approach with a focus on delivering results and improving processes
  • Understanding of local labor laws and market trends
