Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a dedicated and skilled professional to join our team as Manager - SAP Application Operations. In this vital role, you will be responsible for managing the operational integrity and performance of our SAP applications, ensuring they align with our strategic objectives while delivering high availability and reliability to our users.

Your leadership will be integral in coordinating the day-to-day operations, optimizing processes, and implementing best practices across our SAP landscape to meet the needs of our growing organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the SAP Application Operations team, overseeing support processes, incident management, and service requests for SAP applications
  • Ensure optimal performance of SAP systems, managing system monitoring, tuning, and capacity planning
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective application integration and functionality across business units
  • Implement and enforce application governance, ensuring compliance with operational standards, policies, and security measures
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing application performance and user experience
  • Monitor application performance metrics, identifying and resolving issues proactively
  • Coordinate and support system upgrades, patches, and enhancements to maintain system integrity and reliability
  • Develop and maintain documentation of processes, workflows, and system configurations
  • Provide training and support for end-users to maximize the effectiveness of SAP applications
  • Stay informed of SAP best practices, trends, and upgrades, evaluating their relevance to the organization

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in SAP application management or operations
  • Strong knowledge of SAP applications, tools, and methodologies
  • Proven experience in incident management and service delivery processes
  • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience with system monitoring and performance tuning is a plus
  • Certification in SAP Application Management is advantageous
