Manager - IT (Dynamics 365 Solutions)

Our client is a leading food production and distribution company based in Saudi Arabia. We are looking for a skilled IT Manager with strong project development experience, specifically in managing and delivering technology projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for owning projects from initiation to completion, working closely with various teams to ensure successful execution. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics is required to guide the implementation and optimization of solutions that enhance business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Ownership: Lead and manage technology projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to define project goals and ensure alignment across departments.
• MS Dynamics Solutions: Provide expertise in MS Dynamics to ensure efficient implementation and integration with existing business systems.
• Planning & Execution: Develop project plans, allocate resources, and track progress to ensure successful project delivery.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and support IT team members to foster collaboration and high performance.
• Budget & Risk Management: Manage project budgets, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement improvements to increase project efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an IT Manager with a strong background in project development.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics (CRM, ERP).
• Strong project management skills with experience in overseeing the full project lifecycle.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across different teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master).
• Familiarity with cloud-based MS Dynamics solutions is a plus.
