Successful organizations depend on their reputation for keeping promises, respecting laws and behaving ethically to maintain stakeholder trust. EY Forensic & Integrity Services professionals help organizations protect and restore enterprise and financial reputation. We assist companies and their legal counsel to investigate facts, resolve disputes and manage regulatory challenges. We put integrity at the heart of compliance programs to help better manage ethical and reputational risks.

Embracing integrity means doing what you say you will do, with unerring commitment. This can make it easier to attract and retain talented people and harness their skills to grow your business. A foundation built on integrity is critical because today’s talent values purpose-driven organizations. It can also help you develop stronger partnerships with suppliers and work more effectively with employees, investors, regulators and influencers. Our integrated approach ranges from enhancements in areas of perceived weakness or issues — including governance, controls, culture and data insights — to full organizational design and structural implementation.

The opportunity

As a Manager, you’ll build valued relationships with external clients and internal peers and develop a portfolio of projects by focusing on high value opportunities. You’ll lead presentations and proposals for complex projects or elements of highly complex projects and provide subject matter insight to bids and proposals. Drawing on your skills and experience, you’ll create innovative commercial insights for clients, adapt methods and practices to fit operational team and cultural needs, and contribute to thought leadership.

Your Key Responsibilities

As an Enterprise Architecture Manager in the Resilience & Digital Trust team, you will lead and grow a specialized team responsible for developing and maintaining enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF+ and NORA), developing data management strategies and digital innovation methodologies. You will be engaged with government entities and stakeholders to ensure that IT strategies are in line with national digital initiatives and policies. You will create architectural models that support local and international EA standards and guidelines, ensuring interoperability and integration across systems.

You also will establish governance processes to ensure adherence to the EA architecture principles and compliance with national regulations. You may also evaluate technologies that support the client’s digital transformation goals, focusing on innovation and efficiency. You may be requested to train client’s talent in enterprise architecture practices, fostering knowledge transfer and capability development.

Specifically, you will need to:

  • Conduct assessments of current state to identify gaps in alignment with the enterprise architecture frameworks.
  • Lead workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements and validate architecture designs that support national digital initiatives.
  • Develop and present architecture proposals that align with the national regulator's strategic objectives and roadmaps for digital transformation.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure that architecture is implemented according to national regulator standards and best practices.
  • Monitor and report on industry trends and best practices relevant to the national regulator digital transformation efforts.
  • Facilitate change management processes related to architecture changes, ensuring stakeholder buy-in and compliance with the regulator’s guidelines.
  • Participate in national project planning and resource allocation to ensure alignment with the national regulator architecture standards.

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • B.Sc. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in IT, with a focus on enterprise architecture, systems integration, and solution design.
  • Certifications in TOGAF Enterprise Architecture, Innovation Professional – CinP, Project Management Professional (PMP) , Cobit …etc
  • Business Acumen with strong understanding of business processes and the ability to align technology solutions with business objectives.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English, with the ability to present complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Zachman Framework Certification
  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Azure Solutions Architect Expert
  • ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) Certification
  • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) (optional but beneficial)
