Manager - Entertainment Strategy

Qiddiya Investment Company is a leading real estate company dedicated to creating world-class entertainment and leisure destinations in Saudi Arabia. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as Manager - Entertainment Strategy.

As the Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the strategic direction of our entertainment offerings. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of groundbreaking entertainment projects that will redefine the entertainment landscape in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Director of Entertainment Strategy in executing the overarching entertainment asset class strategies to ensure the achievement of portfolio and asset ambitions, vision, and objectives
• Contribute to the design (pre-concept and concept) and early development stages of new entertainment assets to ensure alignment with Qiddiya's entertainment offering and financial targets
• Develop project documentation for distribution including, but not limited to; Request for Proposals, Scope of Works, Strategy Briefs, and various matrices
• Collaborate with consultants and third parties to ensure insights and recommendations are aligned with the overall scope of work and business expectations
• Lead analysis and research on theme park benchmarks and strategic topics to support sound decision-making
• Provide input to initial go-live strategies (operating model, pricing, sales and marketing, manpower planning, etc.) and offer implementation support to other functions within Qiddiya
• Prepare materials for stakeholders to ensure alignment and adequate presentation of content related to entertainment assets
• Monitor key assets' KPIs covering development, business, financial, and operational plans
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in entertainment strategy or a related area
